Estates Surveyor // 6 Month Contract - Hybrid



Our client owns a large estate comprising circa 4,000 assets, with circa 750 of those being operational or income producing.

The Clients Estates Team comprises qualified and training surveyors who are responsible for all Landlord & Tenant, Estate Management and strategic matters relating to the Council's estate.

This post is for a temporary position for a qualified Chartered Surveyor to join the team to lead on a wide variety of estate matters, concentrating primarily on Landlord & Tenant matters such as lease renewals, rent reviews, new lettings etc. across a wide range of asset classes from operational assets such as leisure centres, dementia care day centres, to high end investment properties in the retail, office and industrial sectors.

The team work on a hybrid model - with office attendance at their Bromley office required twice a week - and with site inspections and visits to be undertaken as and when required. The remainder of the time the team are welcome to work from home.
The use of a car for site visits will be required as a number of the Clients assets are not easily accessible by public transport.
