Interim Workforce Development Lead // £375 pd

You will identify and lead on organisational development priorities and solutions to support the delivery of the Workforce Strategy.
This will include the design and delivery of a new inclusive leadership development programme, introduce a mandatory development programme for new managers, embed the ’70-20-10’ approach to learning, ensuring the development offer aligns to this, manage the implementation of a new learning management system and procurement of relevant content, review the performance management process, promote continuous learning and development and embed a’10 days of learning’ for all staff.

You will also manage the Learning and Organisational Development team (four staff members) to support you with the delivery of these programmes, events and projects.

We are looking for someone with the experience of leading and delivering people related projects across a large complex organisation, in particular strategic learning and organisational development programmes, including employee engagement interventions. You will need to communicate and influence at every level, so excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Previous experience of managing or leading people is required.
