PMO/Project Support



The Role
• Provide day-to-day PMO/project support, working closely with the implementation manager and wider project team to include both internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting the Implementation Manager in:
• Running meetings by arranging calls and drafting agendas, taking notes from meeting and filing documents in line with internal protocols
• Preparing and maintaining a detailed project plan with multiple workstreams including asset transition, data and administration transfer, member communication, legal and governance.
• Establishing the project governance framework for each project by creating client specific trackers and other project management documentation such as contact lists, absence trackers
• Day-to-day interaction with project stakeholders and on-going management & tracking of project actions, risks and issues, scope and lessons learned
• Arranging project closedown meetings, collating feedback and capturing key decisions.
• Providing Program Management support by:
• Managing and tracking updates across the program
• Producing associated MI to provide regular program level reporting to Management

The Requirements
• Experience of a PMO role within a similar industry/onboarding environment, although related experience with the necessary transferable skills will be considered
• Willingness to help build new processes, documentation and methodology as the team develops, and be adaptable to new ways of working
• Experience in using MS Project and in preparing project plans and other project governance material, and of working on several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and resolve issues in a matrix environment.
