Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid Working)

Role requirements & key accountabilities
● Develop & lead the digital strategy implementation while working closely with the Marketing Director.
● Deliver D2C / B2B ecommerce budget and deliver optimal ROI on acquisition / retention activities.
● Manage SEM, SEO and PPC with a test and refine approach to deliver enhanced ROI.
● Liaise with 3rd party agencies including PR, Digital, Content creation, SEO, PPC and Affiliate.
● Report and share monthly digital performance against KPIs.
● Develop eCRM strategy, consumer segmentation, data management and mining to optimise current and lapsed subscribers.
● Develop and manage the content calendar for online marketing campaigns in line with the master brand campaign in order to deliver revenue and consumer targets.
● Deliver annual digital brand plan, budgeted revenue, as well as projects on time and to budget.
● Responsibility for managing the Digital Marketing manager and their personal development plan.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
● A motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomously, as well as within a team.
● People management experience.
● Excellent presentation and project management skills.
● Able to communicate and influence effectively at all organisation levels.
● Experience in Magento, Shopify, google analytics, FB, Google ads.
● SEO & PPC experience.
● Photography and content creator.
● Experience on an eCommerce subscription model
Location - London
Full Time Role 37.5hrs
Hybrid Working 2 days work from home.
