Group Reporting Manager
We are recruiting a Group Reporting Manager for a leading Tech firm where the main area of focus will be to work towards the consolidation of group accounts.
Our client is looking for someone who will be responsible for the management and financial reporting and can facilitate the audit process.
This role is fully remote.
You will have:
Ideally would have worked for Private Equity backed businesses.
Experience of reporting on KPIs.
Experience of consolidation of accounts a must.
Management experience.
ACA/CIMA/ACCA with 3+ years experience.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Knowledge of preparation of consolidated accounts for a multi entity group structure.
Excellent communication and management skills.
Transitioning FRS to IFRS desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all management and financial reporting.
Facilitate the audit process.
Consolidate and continually improve the month end reporting process.
Ensure financial controls are robust and consistent with best practise.
Assist in the rationalisation of existing entity structure.
Manage and aid development of the accounting team.
Demonstrate the company values.
Ad hoc projects as required.
