Junior Business Analyst – Fintech (Hybrid)



This is an opportunity for you to work as part of a growing team within a growing business. The business is coming off the back of a successful first 3 years and poised to springboard from start up to scale up over the coming year.
Our client is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to help them support their tech team and contribute to shaping the change from start-up to scale up.

Day to day you will:
• Feature/ Process Design - collaborating with users/ SMEs to design and develop new processes and features.
• Project Management - update backlogs with Product manager for key projects and advise product manager on recommendations to implement beneficial changes to their teams
• Process Support - cross team collaboration to provide guidance and assistance ensuring processes are undertaken effectively and in compliance.
• Business Support - Supporting technical team with answering support requests raised by end-users.
• Project Management – Work with product manager to update backlogs for key projects and advise product manager.
• Testing and Quality Assurance - test developments to the satisfaction of end-users, working closely with the business users during UAT testing to achieve successful feature delivery.

This is a hybrid role working at our clients London office and WFH Mon - Fri.
