Software Developer
About you
To take an active role in the design, development, maintenance and support of the core functionality and associated products for our clients system.
WE’LL NEED YOU TO BE ABLE TO:
- To provide input in to the design of the system and processes to enhance business performance
- To speedily rectify software defects as and when identified
- To follow project plans and to meet agreed delivery dates following agile methodology
- To participate in group sessions with the development team and business users
- To assist in prioritisation and estimation of system enhancement requests
- To work independently and as part of a team
- To undertake any individual or team task or activity reasonably requested and in line with the company values

Skills required
- Full project lifecycle
- Good organisational and problem solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to take on increased ownership and responsibility when necessary
Experience / knowledge
- C#, ASP.NET MVC 5/ASP.NET Core MVC, Visual Studio 2019
- RESTful Web Services / ASP.NET WebAPI
- SQL Server (T-SQL)
- HTML5/CSS3 (including Bootstrap)
- Javascript (with and without JQuery)
- Technical troubleshooting
- Development of B2C/B2B Web application development
- Some experience of the following would be advantageous:
- TFS/VSTS
