Fraud Investigator Home Claims
Hybrid working to be agreed, 2 days from home 3 days in the office.
We are looking for somebody who can investigate and conclude when fraud is suspected. to undertake validation checks using a search database and to conduct confidential investigations of suspected fraud allegations.
The candidate will also be expected to write repudiation letters where fraud is present. Take a methodical approach to each investigation and working through appropriate validation processes to achieve the desired outcome for claims where fraud can be evidenced i.e. policy voidance or claim repudiation.
Knowledge/Experience required:
At least 5 year’s previous experience of working in an fraud investigation role. Knowledge of legal proceedings, especially the Fraud Act 2006. Secondary education with qualifications in Maths and English, or demonstrable ability in numeracy skills & written English.
