Credit Hire Claims Handler // hybrid
Full time hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 days from home.
Day to day:
To Manage all aspects of third-party vehicle damage by reviewing and liaising with other departments as required to establish where liability for the accident rests and investigate the validity of third-party claims.
They will handle up to 200 files solely for third-party claims and deal with the third-party outlay. The candidate will need mitigate loses and arrange the inspections of vehicles by instructing an engineer.
They will need manage and negotiate liability with third party insurers and accident management companies, and handle litigation with solicitors.
Experience required:
Over 2 years credit hire claims handling experience with at least 5 years in a motor claim related role.
Knowledge of the ABI GTA and how to deal with credit hire claims outside of the GTA guidelines and Good knowledge of credit hire caselaw and its application in the day to day handling of credit hire claims.
