Business Development Manager
We are looking for a business development manager to join our clients established sales team at a really exciting time to join the business
The successful candidate will be responsible primarily for developing new accounts whilst, in time, managing existing accounts, delivering high levels of account management. You would be providing appropriate solutions to the customer and increasing sales with new and existing sectors whilst actively increasing our share of a competitive market.
Key skills and behaviours needed:
This is a fluid role requiring creativity, strategic thinking, insight, and excellent customer service skills.
• Proven previous sales experience (in specific product sectors preferred)
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Ability to identify opportunities for growth
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently communicate at all levels
• Ability to use own initiative
• Ability to manage own time effectively and efficiently
• Able to problem solve and deal with customer complaints efficiently and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent industry commission structure + car allowance, laptop and phone supplied.
