Employee Relations Administrator
We are seeking an Employee Relations Administrator to join our clients dynamic and friendly team. This role entails providing support to our clients in the delivery of outsourced employee relations advice. The successful candidate will be able to manage a variety of workloads and people, while keeping up with deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
• Utilizing Tikit for filing documents, time recording, and billing
• Providing confidential and accurate support
• Responding to client emails and providing required documents
• Reviewing documentation and providing feedback to clients in a timely manner
• Assisting in the development of client template contracts of employment and HR policies
• Administrating OH referral processes, sending appropriate correspondence for the smooth progression of cases
• Ensuring that Tikit is kept up to date with relevant client information
• Providing support to the team and clients as directed
• Assisting in production of information and reports
• Maintaining a high level of client focus and professionalism
• Reviewing incoming emails and identifying and prioritizing workload
Skills:
• Genuine interest in HR and a desire to grow ER knowledge
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work to key deadlines while under pressure
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• A team player at all times
Experience:
• Knowledge of or an interest in employment and people management
• Developed experience in client management in a client-focused environment
• Proven success within a multi-service, client-driven business
• Evidence of working effectively within a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment
• Specific experience and success in an administrative role
