Scheduling Assistant
In this role, you will be responsible for contacting our existing commercial portfolio of customers to arrange Smart Meter appointments.
As part of the sub team, you will be expected to efficiently schedule appointments by taking into consideration travel time, engineer skill/authorisation levels and customer demand.
The role is liable to a six-month probationary period and will turn into a permanent role should you meet set performance targets and role requirements. Your key responsibilities and accountabilities include, but are not limited to, handling and responding to high volumes of inbound and outbound customer queries via telephony and email, scheduling appointments, managing emergency works, inputting data into scheduling systems, and working to set targets and KPIs.
You must be able to build strong work relationships with your team, engineers and external organisations.
