Project Support Coordinator
This is a Hybrid working role.
The role:
To provide an excellent standard of customer support in the installation and maintenance of works and ensure all relevant key performance indicators are followed.
The individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone and by email.
They will be required to fully manage allocated Utility installation or maintenance logs in the CRM database, in line with Project Delivery and Support procedures.
This will include responding to customer orders and emails within 3 days and completing allocated reviews every 5 days.
The individual will need to troubleshoot customer problems and complaints by following the via Project Delivery and Support procedures, taking ownership of tasks and projects, and using their initiative.
They must also quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers, proactively use the phone, and follow up with emails to create a clear audit trail.
Administrative duties will involve running standard reports, generating sub-contractor work files, dealing with supplier invoices, maintaining accurate files, and logging any in-house meetings and conference calls.
