Industrial & Agricultural Roofers Labourer
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Labourer to assist our roofing team on industrial and agricultural projects. The role involves supporting roofers with site preparation, materials handling, and general labour tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial and agricultural roofs.
• Prepare work sites, including loading/unloading materials and equipment.
• Carry tools, equipment, and roofing materials around the site safely.
• Mix and prepare materials as required.
• Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring safe and tidy sites.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including the use of PPE.
• Support the roofing team with manual tasks as needed.
• Report any hazards, defects, or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Previous experience in construction, roofing, or manual labour is desirable but not essential.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
Desirable Qualifications:
• CSCS card or willingness to obtain.
• Health & Safety training or relevant certifications.
