Conversion Technician - Remote
We have a great new role for a remote working Conversion Technician, there will be times you have to travel to North Kent Offices so ideally you will be based in the South East.
The role will be taking ownership of the full software conversion process for your allocated installations; to include management of Sites Checks for new installations and support for customers throughout the installation process.
Salary is £23k-£28k - For the higher end salary we will be looking for a junior developer with experience in c#, ruby or .Net
Requirements
Excellent professional customer service experience in a similar role essential, together with the ability to withstand a very busy and challenging role.
Previous experience in the conversion of software packages, definitely an advantage.
Software support background helpful.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both with External customers and with Internal teams, with the ability to demonstrate the way forward within a busy team.
Must be flexible in approach and have excellent organisational skills.
Proven attention to detail and accuracy absolutely essential.
Must be highly motivated and capable of working as an effective team player.
Knowledge of the healthcare market, particularly dentistry would be advantageous but not essential.
Strong technical background with good working knowledge of MS visual Basic and Access data base would be advantageous but not essential.
Skills in ODBC, SQL with knowledge of SDLC and DB architecture would be an advantage but not essential.
Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
CRM database management an advantage.
Commercial awareness and experience of working with personnel from a professional environment.
