Motor Claims Handler // Fully Remote
Job description
We are looking for experienced Claims Handlers who are passionate about helping customers to support our client.
About the role
• Working on behalf of a leading insurance company, you will be responsible for logging first notification off loss claims, answering queries and providing updates to customers on their existing insurance claims,
• Providing a first class customer service to ensure the customer has a positive claims journey.
• You'll be able to work in a hybrid model or work from home. If working from home, all equipment needed to do your job remotely will be provided.
• You will be responsible for taking and making outbound calls to customers, answering any queries or concerns they may have and providing an update on the status of their insurance claim.
• You could also be liaising with other parts of the business as well as insurers, solicitors, or suppliers to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• You will be providing an excellent level of customer service to meet our customers' needs, to make this difficult time as easy and smooth as possible. What you'll need to succeed
• You will have previously worked in a customer service role, ideally within insurance, dealing with all types of customers.
• You'll be used to working to call targets within a high-volume environment.
• You will excel at listening, be able to explain things clearly and have an empathetic approach, tailoring each call to the individual customer's needs.
